Since starting The Altered Seamstress in 2021, I’ve been serving the local area with professional sewing services. I bring a creative and professional approach to the sewing table and my goal is to help you look and feel your absolute  best.

The Altered Seamstress  offers most sewing alterations, re - hemming and shortening garments, repairs, mending, zip replacements and any other amendments to enable a more sustainable, economical and ethical path within the fashion industry. This venture allows me to help others and pursue with my ethos ' repair, reuse and refashion!'  

Unlike the fast fashion industry today, The Altered Seamstress believes in slow  quality sewing on classic designs to avoid 'throw away fashion' and filling our landfills.
